2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup corn meal
1/3 cup panko Japanese bread crumbs
1/4 cup corn starch
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp seasoning of your choice
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried onion flakes

Mix the coating ingredients all together in a resealable baggie. This makes it so easy and clean up is a breeze
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the shrimp
Add egg dipped shrimp into the resealable bag. Close top tightly and shake to coat all the shrimp.
In a deep fryer or deep pot, add oil and bring to 325°F Fahrenheit.
Add shrimp in batches. Fry several minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper toweling.
Serve with any dipping sauce (We suggest a creamy Tartar Sauce). Use as a side or put them over a salad. Enjoy!!
